Jason Harris - AKA j.howard - is a Middle Tennessee native, bass player, and DJ. When he's not touring the US, Canada, and Europe playing music, he can be found DJing for various bars, clubs, and venues in the Nashville area. Jason started DJing in 2012 with the inception of QDP, which has since grown into one of Nashville's longest running and most beloved dance parties. He is currently a resident DJ at Rosemary & Beauty Queen, where he is known to balance mass appeal with taste and an ear for exploration. Running the gamut from house to hip-hop, pop to indie, classic faves to fresh bops, j.howard is most at home in environments where he can be irreverent to genre, pulling from his varied influences to create, in a word, a vibe.
